Welcome to Book Integrity Hub HQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by Book Integrity Hub HQ ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Book Integrity Hub HQ offers a range of book-related services including, but not limited to, manuscript assessment, editing (developmental, copyediting, proofreading), formatting, layout design, and publishing consultation. The specifics of each service will be detailed in a separate agreement or project proposal.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging with our services.
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content (e.g., manuscript, images) you submit to us for services.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
4. Payment and Fees
Fees for our services will be outlined in a project proposal or agreement provided to you. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will be specified in the same document. All payments are due as per the agreed schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Book Integrity Hub HQ as part of the Service (excluding your original manuscript) including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your original manuscript and its intellectual property remain yours.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Book Integrity Hub HQ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or services provided. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific publication outcomes or sales results.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Book Integrity Hub HQ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
